ABOUT CUSTOMIZABLE INVITATIONS
How does the process work?
When you place an order for a semi-custom invitation, you will receive a confirmation email and then a second email with a customization form you need to fill out to begin the design process. You will receive a first digital proof after 48 hours and all modifications and approvals must be done filling out the forms received.
Once your artworks are approved, a production and shipping time is provided and no more modifications can be requested.
Can we upgrade the printing method?
Yes! We can upgrade from digital printing to letterpress or pressed foil. Just need to choose the upgrade in the option of each invitation listing
Can you address the envelopes?
Yes! Both printed and handmade calligraphy addressing are available as an add-on service when you’re purchasing your invitations. Please not that white ink printed addressing is not available in the dropdown menu and may be needed for some envelope colors. Please contact me for more information if that’s a service you’re interested in
Will you mail the invitations to my guests?
No, we do not offer mailing services. You will receive your invitations fully assembled and ready to mail, but we do not add the postage nor mail the invitations to your guests
Do you offer international shipping?
No, at the moment we only ship products within the United Stated
How fast can I get my invitations delivered?
Customizing and printing may be as fast as 7 business days, but the specific timeline will depend on how fast approvals are made and also the quantities of invitations ordered.
Do you do rush orders?
Yes! But please contact me first to confirm availability and setup a custom timeline. Keep in mind there’s a rush fee that will vary depending on your expected turnaround time, quantities and other details regarding your order.
In the proofing process, how many modifications can I submit?
Our service includes 4 rounds of modifications. Any other modification requested after that has an additional charge of $25 per round.
What can be customized on each design?
All the wording, including style, can be customized on every design. I can customize the colors of some designs as well, but please contact me first for confirmation.
I can also do color match for envelopes in the case you don’t want the standard white envelopes that are included in the packages. Keep in mind that for some colors of envelopes, you may require white ink for the addressing, which is an upgrade only available upon request and not as a regular add-on.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand mistakes happen or you may change your mind, so cancellations are allowed based on the following:
Customizable invitations: only within 48 hours after the order was placed
Any item from The Stationery Shop: only within 24 hours after the order was placed
Custom Invitations: Review the cancellation clause of the contract sent

How does the process work?
For all custom invitations you need to contact us and provide some initial details such as your estimated investment, number of suites needed and an estimated ideal time of turnaround. You will receive an email with an invitation to a free video consultation and after that meeting, you’ll receive a customized proposal
After approval, you’ll submit a retainer / deposit for 50% of your total and the design process begin. A custom timeline will be provided depending on complexity and quantities requested
All custom orders have unlimited round of revisions and assembly is also included
How fast can I get my invitations delivered?
Custom invitations’ timelines vary, but the standard time that takes to design one is between 6-8 weeks to receive a first digital proof
Do you do rush orders?
No, custom invitations can’t be rushed
Can I get a refund for my custom invitations order?
Orders for custom invitations can’t be refunded after the retainer / deposit has been submitted
